FCB WE is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Community at FCB Worldwide.

WE exists in order to champion diverse experiences, so that everyone feels included, respected, and inspired. Building communities that give voice to these experiences is at the cornerstone of all we do.

Based within the FCB Health Network, FCB WE is formed by passionate staff that volunteer their time in support of the Network’s core values: that our collective excellence is informed and enriched by the diversity of our experiences.

#WhyVote is a nonpartisan social activism campaign, where storytelling meets activism. Our goal is to inspire voters to share why voting is important to them and encourage nonvoters to register and become active voters.
